Job description

We, at All Dry Services of Broward & Doral, are looking for a motivated team member to spread the word about our exciting brand! If you are looking to make an impact in people's lives while building relationships with a plethora of professionals, this position could be right for you.

Welcome to one of the largest service industries in Florida - Flood Mitigation and Mold Remediation. With both age and number of homes increasing, adding in the crazy weather conditions we encounter in Florida, flood and mold are a certainty among households; which means more opportunity for you!

We can provide 40 hours a week with a highly competitive pay structure.


- This position has a pay range from $40,000 - $100,000+ depending on YOU!

- We provide a competitive base (~$40K-$50K depending on sales and/or industry sales related experience) and commissions paid monthly, which increase as sales do!

You will need a reliable car and phone to begin, but as the company grows, a vehicle and phone will be provided to you. You will be reimbursed for mileage, of course.

Job Description:


As a Brand Ambassador (outside sales representative) you will be connecting with all kinds of professionals, including Insurance Agents, Property Managers, Home Inspectors, Realtors, and the list goes on. Your goal is to market our services and help them remember you when their clients are in need. As they reach out to you when service is needed, we send our technicians to provide a world-class customer experience.

You will be trained by highly successful professionals in the industry on networking, building a book of business and expanding your resources. You learn what our technicians are working on in order to discuss the types of services offered. You will become a product knowledge expert in both relationships and services offered.


In short, you get to meet people and get paid for it! All with the goal to make sure All Dry Services is the name people think of when disaster strikes.


Territory:

Weston, Davie, Plantation, Fort-Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs and Doral.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years in relationship building, sales, or other similar roles

- Experience in service industry a plus (i.e. Insurance, Property Management, etc)

- Strong social skills and the ability to deliver highly personalized service

- Be positive and have a good attitude

- Ability to think creatively and bring value to the team

Daily Tasks Include:

- Log visits report, Marketing items give-out
, Manage route via software provided, Take calls from lead sources
, Report the lead to dispatch or book service call
, Review incoming leads / jobs, Complete commission report, Review day/week with MM/GM, Other duties as assigned by the GM.
