A relocation bonus for an MLT role is usually offered to help cover the costs associated with moving to a new location for the job, such as travel, temporary housing, or moving expenses. It's important to carefully review the terms, as some employers may require repayment if you leave the position within a certain period. Before accepting, clarify what expenses are covered, the payout structure, and any tax implications. Employers offer this bonus to attract qualified candidates who may not be local, making it easier for professionals to accept positions in areas where there may be a shortage of MLTs.
