Sales Operations Administrator (Part-Time) | Real Estate Sales Support


We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Operations Administrator to support our growing sales team and help drive efficient day-to-day operations. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping systems organized, and excels at managing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.


As a key member of our operations team, you will assist with administrative support, sales coordination, reporting, scheduling, and operational processes that help our sales team perform at a high level. The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, process-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.

Compensation:

$16 - $18 hourly


Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Support:

  • Printing and organizing appointment folders.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Printing, laminating, and binding EH marketing materials.
  • Coding expenses and assisting with invoice payments.


Vendor & Listing Coordination:

  • Communicating with vendors such as photographers, stagers, sign companies, and title companies.
  • Tracking and updating logs for sign and lockbox/Supra inventory.
  • Addressing listing lockbox issues, including on-site fixes and key retrieval.


Event & Meeting Coordination:

  • Ordering lunches for team events and call nights.
  • Preparing the office for events and sales team meetings.
  • Managing Slack announcements for upcoming meetings and events.


Technology & Data Management:

  • Charging and tracking iPads for weekend use.
  • Entering monthly market stats from MLS.
  • Pulling data and preparing slides for monthly awards.
  • Purchasing plane tickets for team travel.


Sales Team Support:

  • Adding calendar events and inviting team members to meetings, coaching sessions, and one-on-ones.
  • Tracking checks from closed transactions and ensuring timely deposits.
  • Assisting with onboarding and training of new sales team members.
  • Providing general support to the Director of Sales Operations as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Reliable transportation for occasional off-site tasks.
  • Experience in real estate or sales operations is a plus, but not required
