Job description

GovSG is seeking multiple highly skilled Navy SAP/ERP Subject Matter Experts to join our outstanding team in delivering engineering, configuration management, development, and end‑user training across all functional areas of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem. These positions will provide Tier 3 support for the PEO MLB NETSS 2 program, helping enhance and sustain the Navy’s official SAP‑based financial and supply system of record.
Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is the Department of the Navy’s SAP‑based financial and supply system of record. Deployment is complete, but the system remains in an active sustainment phase with ongoing initiatives to expand capabilities, improve performance, and prepare for a transition to SAP S/4HANA. PEO MLB PMW 220 leads sustainment, lifecycle management, stabilization, optimization, and audit readiness activities for the system.
These positions are remote/hybrid/on-site in Washington D.C..
Position Duties:
  • Provide expert‑level SAP/Navy ERP functional support across multiple modules
  • Engineer and configure ERP solutions to enhance performance and capability
  • Develop system enhancements and customizations aligned with program needs
  • Deliver training to end‑users, functional personnel, and internal stakeholders

Position Required:
  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP Navy ERP systems
  • Proven expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and enhancing ERP modules
  • Experience providing Tier 3 or advanced functional/technical support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groups
  • Understanding of Navy workflows, financial processes, or supply operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise.

  • Must be a US Citizen (no dual citizens) and have the ability to possess an active DoD secret clearance at the start date. Some positions will require a current T5 background investigation.
