  • Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate a complex, relationship-driven organization
  • Low-ego - equally comfortable giving or receiving direction, leading or contributing as appropriate, driving conversations or supporting as necessary
  • Unique ability to balance analytical rigor with a bias for action - ability to draw on structures from the consulting / strategy toolkit, with a predisposition to produce fast, practical recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and creating executive-level presentations
  • Must be willing to work in-office at MLB's New York, NY office

The Ideal Candidate: You are a "bridge builder" who speaks the language of fans, creatives, and business executives. You are obsessed with the intersection of sports, business, and emerging tech, and you possess the grit to see complex projects from ideation to execution.
