Job description

Primary Responsibilities: This position is for responsible restoration technicians for fire and water damage remediation. Responsible for responding to fire and water damage emergencies including after hours and on call.

Duties:

· Prior experience as an Emergency Services Project Manager or Lead Water Mitigation Technician with a proven track record of success

· Excellent leadership and communication skills that inspire confidence in our clients

· Familiarity with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in water mitigation

· A customer-first attitude and a commitment to restoring lives and properties

· Point of contact for homeowners and insurance companies on the status and progress of the job

· Works with insurance companies to: file claims, provide sketch and scope of work, provide photos and documentation

· Coordinate with tradesmen (plumbers, HVAC, granite, etc.) to ensure job is completed

· REQUIRED: Must have a valid driver's license, pass drug test and background check, and be available on call after hours

· Preferred: Mica, Fire N Ice, and Dash experience preferred

· Preferred: IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration

· Available for emergency service calls 24/7 on rotation basis when on call
