Job description

The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the company's solutions businesses. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and supporting cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and deliver assigned projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project documents including schedules, risk logs, and communication plans.
  • Coordinate resources, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, product management, and leadership teams to support project goals.
  • Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate effective teamwork to keep projects progressing smoothly.
  • Monitor project performance and identify potential risks or roadblocks.
  • Recommend mitigation strategies and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project workflows and tools.
  • Promote consistency in project execution through use of standard methodologies.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of project management experience delivering cross-functional projects.
