Job description

Fast growing Water, Fire & Mold Mitigation and Restoration Company located in Baltimore is seeking a Working Foreman to join our team to work and manage fire, water and mold clean up jobs.

Responsibilities;

-Overseeing and handling mitigation, demolition, drying process, etc

-Responsible for all job update documentation and photos

-Must have basic computer skills (entering notes, and photo upload)

Qualifications;

Candidate must have 2 or more years of experience in our field

Must have IICRC Certification for water, fire & mold clean up

Candidate MUST have availability for after-hours/weekend work and on-call rotation.

Must have a reliable vehicle and good driving record
