Role Description


DHA Filter is experiencing significant growth and is expanding with immediate openings. This position will report to the Sales Manager and support our sales operations through active sales activities, operational support and will directly impact our organization with high visibility to senior leadership.


The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role responsible for managing assigned new and existing customer accounts. This position involves executing assigned account strategies, maintaining contact and identifying new business opportunities with-in an assigned book of business. Additional duties will include preparing reporting as assigned, assisting National Account Managers with day-to-day activities as requested, managing incoming call queues and routing as required, and other activities assigned by Sales Leadership.


Your day at work looks like:


  • Efficiently resolving customer issues with cross departmental and vendor communication.
  • Driving high outbound call volume to both cold and warm leads in order to generate new revenue growth.
  • Maintaining consistent, scheduled contact with assigned customers to review current business and discover new opportunities at customer sites.
  • Efficiently resolving customer issues with cross departmental and vendor communication.
  • Quoting product to customers with-in DHA's quoting system.
  • Documenting activity with-in DHA's CRM system.
  • Supporting DHA's operations by backing up the CSR and Order Processing team.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in basic sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • 1+ within B2B sales, consultative sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, ERP systems and Microsoft office software.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting sales data, market information, and customer requirements.
