OB/GYN Physician Opportunity โ€“ Missouri

$425K+ | $75K Signing Bonus | Student Loan Assistance | Robotics Available

A well-established, collaborative medical group in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join its teamโ€”offering modern facilities, advanced technology, and strong community support just one hour from St. Louis.

Position Highlights

  • Full-scope OB/GYN care across outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Manage prenatal, delivery, postnatal, gynecology, surgery, and preventative women's health services
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including primary care, pediatrics, CRNAs, APPs, and specialty consultants
  • Access to robot-assisted surgical technology (DaVinci) and fully equipped procedure rooms (ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics)
  • Participate in a shared call schedule for work-life balance
  • Opportunity to mentor APPs and support staff
  • Dedicated CME allowance and professional development time

Compensation & Benefits

  • 2-Year Guaranteed Base Salary: $425K+ with productivity incentives
  • $75,000 Signing Bonus
  • $2,000/month Residency & Fellowship Stipend for new grads
  • $125,000 Student Loan Assistance (paid over 6 years)

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN โ€“ Required
  • Missouri medical license (or willingness to obtain) โ€“ Required
  • DEA, CSR/CDS โ€“ Required prior to start
  • Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN experience (2โ€“5 preferred)
  • Clean malpractice/license history โ€“ Highly Preferred
  • Visa support needs (J1) must be disclosed at submission
