We are seeking a Dual Role Table Games Dealer/Supervisor. In this position, you will not only handle assigned games, such as Blackjack, Mississippi Stud, and I LUV SUITs, but also assume supervisory responsibilities. As a Supervisor, you will oversee and monitor table games dealers during live play to ensure games are run smoothly and in compliance with department standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safeguard the assets of the company.
  • Demonstrate a practical working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
  • Exchange currency for gaming chips.
  • Collect bets and pay winning wagers.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and state currency reporting requirements.
  • Maintain proper department uniform and appearance standards.
  • Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor or any Manager
  • Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
  • Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter
  • Perform all job functions safely and in a responsible manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and all applicable laws.
  • Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License.
