Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Observe all guest and team member activities in all monitored areas, including, but not limited to, casino floor, cage, count room, restaurants, and back of house common areas.
  • Monitor activity for criminal activity, violation of Missouri Gaming Commission regulations, and/or violation of company policies and procedures.
  • Appropriately record activities and report observations to company and Missouri Gaming Commission officials.
  • Appropriately record surveillance activity in daily log.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, market plans, and team member and patron information.
  • Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally’s KC and departmental management.

Competencies: 

  • Show proficiency in operating surveillance systems and related software.
  • Exhibit strong analytical abilities to interpret surveillance footage and identify irregularities.
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports using correct grammar and punctuation.
  • Demonstrate exceptional observational skills with the ability to remain focused for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of all table games and casino internal controls.
  • Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Read, write, and understand simple instructions.
  • Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
