TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Advisory IT Business Analyst- Corporate located in Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for envisioning, implementing, evolving, and supporting IT systems for HR platforms within Corporate IT North America, managing them throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle and integrating with the AMS application landscape. It involves collaborating with executive management to define the future direction of IT solutions and applications. The position serves as a key liaison between process owners and technical teams to define, analyze, and design changes or enhancements to the target systems. As a highly visible role, it requires building strong working relationships with end-users, technical staff, management, consultants, and vendors
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Oversee the demand management of IT/SaaS solutions and integrations for North America's HR business needs.
  • Act as a strategic partner, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders by listening actively, understanding, and clarifying their needs.
  • Collaborate with process owners and key users on Change Management initiatives.
  • Facilitate and manage requirements and design workshops, covering planning, design, testing, training, knowledge transfer, and implementation or system enhancements.
  • Create functional and program specifications, and handle design, testing, implementation, support, and maintenance of application enhancements.
  • Evaluate the impact of new solutions and contribute to the development of change management strategies.
  • Follow and adhere to Project Management Processes set by TK Elevator.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for management, end-users, and technical teams concerning the mentioned systems.
  • Provide functional support to end-users and manage user inquiries.
  • Coordinate the research, planning, and implementation of software fixes.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, conducting root cause analysis and identifying recommendations for resolution.
  • Participate in SaaS Platform selections and service contract negotiations
  • Responsible for ensuring systems compliance
  • Maintain documentation, including lessons learned, best practices, and quality improvement efforts.
  • Keep senior management informed about the status of ongoing work.
  • Define and comply with processes to maintain high availability and stability of application/system.
  • Timely resolution of Problems and Issues
  • Accurate and timely completion of assigned work/activities
  • Adequately planning for and executing training of end users.

Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and/or Masters in MIS
  • 8+ years of IT Industry Experience
  • Requires 8+ years of relevant experience in above.
  • PMP, preferred
