Job Overview Summary
The Security Installation Technician I will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems. This role requires a blend of technical skills and customer service excellence to ensure that each installation meets the highest standards.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Electronic Security Installation Technician I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems, including access control systems, video surveillance systems, and intrusion detection systems. You will collaborate with our experienced technicians to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and meet our clients' requirements.
What you'll be doing (and doing well!):
  • Assist senior technicians in installing, configuring, and testing for security systems, including alarms, cameras, and access control systems.
  • Learn to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security equipment.
  • Help in the preparation and organization of installation materials and tools.
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to build knowledge and skills in security technology.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

  • Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and complete overhead work for long periods of time.
  • Must have a current, valid driver's license in the state of which you are applying and have the ability to meet our company driving standards.

Pay Transparency Statement
The base pay range for this role is $20.25 - $32.75 hourly, with overtime available. Note that wage may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus in addition to base wage as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
