Job description

Chargé D'analyse Budgétaire

The/the budget analysis manager is responsible for contributing to the necessary visibility for the optimized management of resources, and conducts, with the head of the office, the work of construction and monitoring of the budgetary activities of the different projects of the CND. The/the budget analysis manager: - participates in the analysis of accounting documents produced; - participates in the budgetary programming work for the benefit of the CND Budget Office; - participates in the budgetary construction work for the benefit of the CND Budget Office and its RUO; - participates in the validation and monitoring of project charge plans; - supports other CND services in the field of financial programming and in particular in the comitology related to investments; - conducts, on order, checks on the physical financial coherence of CND projects; - contributes to improving the performance of the financial programming process through training or optimization of information systems used in the context of financial programming and execution. This position requires learning the functional environment, references, standards, and methods in force within the CND and the Ministry of Defense.

Holder of a master's degree in public administration, you have significant first experience in the public service of the state. You have good knowledge of public finances, the budgetary and accounting environment of the state, and the annual budgetary cycle. You have an interest in subjects related to the field of digital and new technologies. Your initiative, your relational skills, and your sense of teamwork are indispensable for the exercise of these missions.
