Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a diverse support position, based in Madisonville, LA, with opportunities for occasional work from home. The role involves all facets of marine repair between the anchor light and the drain plug(s). We service anything that floats, or should; and cover a range throughout the Gulf Coast and beyond. Responsibilities include handling daily tasks, executing assigned projects efficiently, and ensuring successful support across departments to achieve company goals.

Pay and responsibilities are commensurate with experience and training, ranging from:

Marine Tech - Step-and-fetch-it, Minions, and Oompah Loompahs!

Minions: can complete certain trained tasks with little to no direct supervision following established programs and protocols.

Oompah Loompahs: are further trained and can manage more diverse and complex projects from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support team collaboration

  • Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities in dynamic work environments

  • Basic technical proficiency for managing hybrid workflows

  • Prior experience in marine repairs, survey, and salvage is a plus
