Contract Length: 12+ Months

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support business and technology initiatives across Mining Operations. The BSA will serve as the bridge between mining operations, engineering, maintenance, processing, supply chain, and IT teams to identify business requirements, improve operational processes, and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity, safety, reliability, and operational performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mining industry experience, a deep understanding of operational workflows, and the ability to translate business needs into system requirements and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Partner with Mining Operations stakeholders to understand business objectives and operational challenges.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews.

Data & Reporting Analysis
