Your future role on our team

Join a growing EPCM firm and play a critical role in thesuccess of large-scale mining and industrial projects across Arizona and the southwesternUnited States.

As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you'll leadprocurement activities across the project life cycle, from strategy definitionto execution, providing optimal value for clients while managing risks, vendorsand contractor performance. You'll serve as a key member to project teams andclients, driving strong commercial outcomes and supporting the successfuldelivery of complex capital projects.

Working alongside procurement managers, projectmanagers, engineers, both onsite and offsite across project teams, you'llcontribute to project performance and protect the firm's commercial interests,while helping build a strong execution platform to support BBA's expansion inthe U.S.

  • Lead procurement activities for major EPCM projects, from packaging definition to executing the RFP process to the award
  • Participate alongside other procurement, expediting and transport, and logistics experts
  • Work with project teams to align procurement activities with project objectives, schedules and budgets
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, purchase orders and key terms with suppliers
  • Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect project performance
  • Drive vendor performance and accountability throughout project execution
  • Support clients with best practices in strategic procurement, sourcing and supply chain optimization
  • Build strong relationships with clients to enable repeat business and long-term partnerships
