Job description

FLSmidth Inc. is seeking a Operations Engineer Global PerformanceIQ Hub for its office in Midvale, UT: Lead, manage, and execute all activities to develop Performance IQ business line in the NAMER region. The position requires the minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related Engineering field, and 2 years' experience in the job offered or any related occupation, to include, 2 years' experience providing in-depth knowledge of mining operations, safety protocols, and process optimization; 2 years' experience analyzing complex operational data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making across circuits such as grinding, flotation, and tailings; 2 years' experience developing innovative solutions in dynamic environments. Remote work from home 40% of the time is permitted. Must live within commuting distance of Midvale, UT office. The position requires the candidate to travel 10% of the time on domestic and international trips lasting 3-4 days in duration. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. Experience may have been gained concurrently.
