Job Description
The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team across a variety of campaigns and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in market research, content development, database projects, and digital marketing execution. This role is primarily remote and part-time, with flexibility to support onsite marketing events in Sunnyvale and Santa Clara as needed. This position requires someone who is within a 30-minute drive to Sunnyvale and Santa Clara CA.
The intern will assist with researching target markets and accounts, identifying new leads, supporting campaign development, and helping connect research and data insights to marketing content and execution. This internship is designed to provide end-to-end exposure to marketing-from data gathering and research to content creation and campaign performance.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting marketing campaigns through market and account research
  • Conducting lead research using third-party platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo)
  • Gathering and organizing data from provided prospect and account lists
  • Assisting with database cleanup, enrichment, and reporting projects
  • Repurposing existing content and developing new content for campaigns
  • Supporting digital marketing initiatives and campaign execution
  • Assisting with planning and execution of onsite marketing events as needed
  • Collaborating with marketing managers to understand how individual tasks support broader campaign goals

Learning & Development Opportunities:
The Marketing Intern will be introduced to the fundamentals of marketing by supporting real-world campaigns and projects. With guidance from senior marketing leaders, the intern will learn how market research, data mining, content creation, and digital marketing work together to drive campaign success.
The intern will gain:

Qualifications
This internship provides hands-on exposure to B2B marketing within a technical and engineering-focused organization. Prior marketing experience is not required; training and mentorship will be provided.

Physical Requirements:
  1. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  2. Ability to continuously operate a personal computer or lab equipment for extended periods of time (4 or more hours).
  3. Require close distance visual acuity with or without correction (Glasses, Contacts, etc.)
  4. Ability to operate a keyboard and other lab equipment, use a telephone, access file cabinets and other items stored at various levels, including overhead
  5. Ability to communicate clearly and understandably ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group setting.
  6. Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, ability to communicate with visitors, ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
