About the Role

As a member of Avathon's Go-to-Market organization, you will play a key role in helping drive customer engagement and pipeline development across the Avathon Autonomous Operations Platform. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, outgoing, and customer-oriented professional looking to build a career at the intersection of AI, enterprise technology, and industrial transformation.

The primary focus of this role will be to gain a deep understanding of the client's operational challenges and positioning Avathon's capabilities to deliver immediate, tangible value. You will work closely with the Office of the CEO and senior commercial leadership to support strategic customer initiatives, develop executive relationships, and help position Avathon's Physical AI platform with leading global enterprises across supply chain, manufacturing, energy, mining, and aerospace.

Responsibilities

  • Lead outbound customer engagement efforts across prospective enterprise accounts via LinkedIn, email, events, and executive outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and help coordinate strategic meetings and follow-ups.
  • Leverage Avathon's well established channel partnerships and Go-to-Market strategy to expand pipeline development.
  • Work directly with the CEO office on priority accounts, customer communications, executive briefings, and business development initiatives.
  • Learn and articulate Avathon's AI platform, customer value proposition, and industry use cases.
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline activity within Salesforce, HubSpot, and internal systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to support account growth.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong attention to detail and responsiveness.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as account management, business development, sales, consulting, recruiting, customer success, or partnerships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence engaging senior executives and customers.
  • Highly organized, coachable, proactive, and able to take direction in a dynamic executive-driven environment.
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with a strong sense of professionalism and ownership.
  • Interest in AI, enterprise technology, and industrial transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.

Location: Candidates must be located in one of the following states/regions: California (Bay Area, NorCal, SoCal), Georgia (Atlanta), Florida (Jacksonville), North Carolina, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Illinois (Chicago), Oregon, Colorado, or Idaho.

Salary:

$250k OTE. Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
