Job description

Position Summary: Support Application Engineers and Firmware Design Engineers in troubleshooting customer reported product issues, developing customer solutions, and performing application testing in support of customers for our COPRA, FFU and various forward curve and backward curve blowers. Will be responsible for defining and creating test setups and conditions and performing testing to discover the root cause of a customer communicated issue. Will assist application engineers with customer requested testing and/or new product application testing. Will assist in the creation of drawing, documentation, and other related standard work. May travel to other RRX lab locations (Tipp City, Cassville) to support critical project or test needs.
