- Respond to on-site and field service calls for mining and off-the-road (OTR) equipment.
- Mount, dismount, repair, and service large OTR and industrial tires.
- Inspect tires, wheels, and equipment for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
- Perform preventative maintenance and fleet inspections on heavy equipment.
- Diagnose tire-related issues and complete necessary repairs safely and efficiently.
- Operate service trucks and specialized equipment in rugged, off-road environments.
- Maintain tools, service vehicles, and equipment in safe working condition.
- Follow all MSHA/DOT regulations, company safety policies, and site-specific requirements.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding service needs and timelines.
- Assist with shop or warehouse duties when needed.
Skills / Education / Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (CDL preferred).
