Administrative Technician – HR and OHS, CHSLD Age3 inc. (CHSLD St-Jude) Hourly : Replacement Full time Salary : $27.75 to $37.04 per hour WHO ARE WE ? CHSLD Age3 Inc. comprises two long-term care facilities: CHSLD St-Jude and CHSLD Saint-Vincent-Marie. Our human resources team is at the heart of supporting our staff and managers to provide quality care to our residents. YOUR ROLE: Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will be responsible for the administrative management of occupational health and safety (CNESST), disability, and salary insurance files for both facilities, as well as employee benefits. You are a hands-on, meticulous individual, comfortable in a unionized environment, and have a good understanding of the healthcare system. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY — CNESST Receive, analyze and process files related to workplace accidents and occupational diseases. Drafting reports, compensation claims, appeals and arguments for the CNESST To compile and maintain the status of employee files under the LATMP (Workplace Safety and Insurance Act). Prepare files for medical examinations and assessments Coordinate return-to-work and reintegration strategies with managers Produce OHS monitoring tables and formulate recommendations to the HR Director To monitor best practices in occupational health and safety and to play an advisory role with partners DISABILITY AND WAGE INSURANCE: To ensure the medical and administrative follow-up of long-term absence files Managing group insurance files (memberships, modifications, arrears) Processing requests related to the pension plan (service buybacks, phased retirement) Processing leave requests in accordance with collective agreements (Logibec) WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: MANDATORY CRITERIA — your application will not be considered without these elements Experience in the health and social services network (CISSS, CIUSSS, CHSLD or equivalent) Experience in a network HR office, including managing CNESST and disability files Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within a unionized environment Training: DEC in general administration, office technology, accounting and management or related college discipline (required) Any additional training in occupational health and safety (an asset) Technical skills: Excellent written French — high-quality spelling, grammar and writing (letters, reports, administrative correspondence) Proficiency in Word and Excel, minimum intermediate level (used daily) Knowledge of Logibec software (an important asset) Knowledge of the LATMP and CNESST processes (required) Personal skills: Rigour, organizational skills and prioritization in a multi-project environment Discretion and respect for confidentiality Ability to communicate effectively with managers, unions, and external partners Ability to work under pressure and adapt to unforeseen situations WHAT WE OFFER: Full-time - Indefinite replacement On-site work Wage according to the collective agreement: $27.07 to $37.04 / hour (storage 14 – ...
