Responsibilities

  • Litigate wage & hour class action cases from intake through resolution.
  • Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, and appear in court.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations and hearings.
  • Collaborate with team members while mentoring junior attorneys and staff.


Qualifications

  • JD and active Illinois Bar membership in good standing.
  • 3+ years of wage & hour and employment class action experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Illinois labor laws, PAGA, and FLSA.
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
