Summary: Assists Customer Service team with order management, ensuring deadlines are met and customers are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a high-quality, memorable customer experience that reinforces and elevates the company's brand reputation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to maintain smooth, efficient workflows and exceptional service delivery.
• Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and outside sales representatives by handling lead time inquiries, order verifications, rush order requests, tracking updates, invoice copies, and a variety of service needs.
• Manage return requests by creating and coordinating service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Partner closely with the Shipping department on quotes documentation.
• Assist Order Entry and Quotes teams with configuring part numbers to support seamless order processing.
Required education, experience & skills:
• Strong Analytical skills
• Excellent digital literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.),
• Ability to work with detail, proven math skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Be able to type 45+ WPM
• Ability to comprehend technical details and technical literacy
• Associates degree from an accredited college
Preferred education, experience & skills:
• Bachelor of Business Administration from an accredited university
