Poste Fly in/Fly out d'agent(e) de sécurité aux iles de la madeleine

MONTRÉAL - QUÉBEC - SEPT-ILES - PARTOUT AU QUÉBEC
En tant qu'agent(e) de sécurité à la Mine Seleine, vous serez responsable d'assurer le contrôle des accès et de veiller à la sécurité du site. Vous serez posté(e) à la guérite principale et devrez appliquer les procédures de sécurité minière tout en maintenant un service professionnel auprès du personnel et des visiteurs. Notre nouvel agent de sécurité sera logé à en tout temps, vous pouvez également vivre dans le logement fournis par Gardaworld si vous désirez épargner sur votre logement

Profile recherché pour le poste d'agent de Sécurité
  • Personne autonome, fiable et organisée
  • Capacité à travailler seule ttu en communiquant efficacement avec le client et la supervision
  • Bonne maîtrise du français parlé et écrit (anglais un atout)
  • À l'aise avec les procédures et le respect des protocoles
Responsabilités de l'agent(e) de sécurité
  • Contrôle des accès (accueil des visiteurs, employés et fournisseurs)
  • Vérification de l'identité, autorisation et enregistrement des entrées
  • Surveillance des zones sensibles via le système de vidéosurveillance
  • Rondes de sécurité à pied uniquement (env. 20% du temps, aucune patrouille en véhicule)
  • Traiter les demandes et communications du client, que ce soit par téléphone ou par courriel
  • Rédaction de rapports et suivi administratif des anomalies observées
  • Application des protocoles et procédures de sécurité minière
Qualifications de l'agent(e) de sécurité
  • Autorisé(e) à travailler au Canada
  • Titulaire d'une licence de sécurité en cours de validité
  • Certificat de premiers secours 
  • Détenir un permis de conduire valide et acoir ccès à une voiture
  • Solides compétences en matière de rédaction de rapports
  • Solides compétences en matière de technologie
