Key Responsibilities
  • Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients manage stress and enhance their overall emotional well-being.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for clients to identify stressors, emotional challenges, and therapeutic goals, tailoring mindfulness techniques to each individualโ€™s needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois is essential.
