Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel and provide crisis intervention for patients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. You will conduct assessments to identify issues and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including comprehensive progress notes, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in crafting effective treatment strategies, including transition and discharge plans, based on thorough psychosocial assessments.
  • Engage with local community resource leaders, representing the organization at meetings to address and advocate for the social needs of our patients.
  • Utilize evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment that empowers clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population you will serve includes individuals of all ages facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required for this role.
  • Candidates must possess an active California LMFT license, reflecting expertise in the field.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
