Systems Network Administrator (TS/SCI w/ Poly)

Leidos - National Security Sector | Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA)

Leidos is seeking a Systems Network Administrator / MIM Administrator (SME) to join our National Security Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). This team is at the forefront of Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, SIGINT, and advanced analytics, delivering mission-critical capabilities that directly support national security.

What You Bring

Core Experience:

  • Strong experience supporting enterprise IT systems and infrastructure
  • Advanced troubleshooting across Windows-based environments
  • Hands-on expertise with: Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) / Forefront Identity Manager (FIM); MS SQL Server (connectivity, maintenance, backups-not DBA-level)
  • Deep understanding of Identity lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver); Data flow and synchronization across systems

Technical Skills:

  • MIM/FIM (MIM 2016 or FIM 2010 R2)
  • PowerShell (advanced) - including use with MIM Workflow Activity Library (MIMWAL)
  • Windows Server Infrastructure - AD, DNS, Group Policy
  • C# / .NET - ability to develop and maintain custom rules and workflow extensions
  • Experience with SQL Server (FIM Service & Sync DBs)

Familiarity with flat file integrations (or ability to learn quickly)

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or 5 additional years of experience in lieu of degree)
  • IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g., Security+, Microsoft, VMware, etc.)
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft's EntraID
