Job Description

The Millwright II performs skilled mechanical maintenance and repair work across North America Vegetable Seed Processing facilities. Working under the direction of the Millwright Lead, this individual contributor executes assigned maintenance tasks, supports the preventive maintenance program, and applies hands-on technical expertise to keep equipment running safely and at optimal performance.

Qualifications
  • Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent
  • 4-6 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Hands-on experience with installation, alignment, and repair of industrial machinery (conveyors, drives, gearboxes, pumps, HVAC)
  • Proficiency with CMMS for work order management and recordkeeping
  • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
  • Valid certifications: Forklift Operator, Rigging & Hoisting, Welding (MIG/TIG/Stick), OSHA 10
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Safety-first mindset; consistently models Goal Zero behaviors
  • Reliable and accountable - completes assigned tasks on time and communicates proactively
  • Team-oriented; works well with peers, contractors, and operations staff
  • Receptive to direction and feedback; applies learning quickly in the field
  • Detail-oriented in both technical execution and maintenance documentation
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends during peak production seasons
