Job description

We are hiring for multiple positions at our manufacturing facility in Redmond, OR. If you would like join a top-notch production team where you can put your skillset to use, develop new ones, and have room for growth within a local, well-established business, please reach out today!

We are hiring for Production associates ($21-23 DOE and department) as well as an experienced Maintenance/Millwright (reach out for details on salary).

Overall Responsibilities & Experience

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  • Read and follow instructions in English, including measurements and assembly guidelines.
  • Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Ability to twist, turn, lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, reach, and perform physical tasks.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and operating forklifts is essential.
  • Experience in an assembly line environment preferred.
