Project Manager(Commercial Architectural Millwork & Casework)About the Role

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial architectural millwork, casework, cabinetry, or custom woodwork projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from award through installation, coordinating internal teams, maintaining schedules, controlling job costs, and serving as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all project-related communication between clients and internal teams.

  • Prepare and coordinate project submittals, including shop drawings, samples, and product data.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules covering engineering, production, procurement, installation, and invoicing.

  • Coordinate with estimators, draftsmen, programmers, production teams, and installers to ensure project success.

  • Order materials and schedule manpower according to project budgets and timelines.

  • Track job costs and maintain accurate project cost reporting.

  • Coordinate field measurements, production schedules, and installation activities.

  • Communicate change order requirements and pricing details to estimating teams.

  • Travel to project sites for field coordination and project oversight.

  • Promote safety, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing commercial architectural millwork, casework, cabinetry, woodworking, or specialty interiors projects.
