NOW HIRING: MILLWORK & CASEWORK INSTALLERS/CRAFTSMEN

Houston, TX & Surrounding Areas
$24.00–$30.00/Hour – Depending on Experience
Full-Time | Multiple Experience Levels Available


We are seeking reliable, skilled Millwork and Casework Installers/Craftsmen to join a family-oriented team. Candidates with experience installing millwork, casework, and laboratory casework are encouraged to apply.

Our projects are located throughout Houston, Katy, The Woodlands, and surrounding areas. Some travel may be required depending on project locations.

This is a family-oriented work environment where everyone is expected to pull their weight and work together as a team. Punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic are essential.


AVAILABLE POSITIONS

FOREMAN


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the assigned Project Manager with project coordination and execution.
  • Coordinate multiple projects and serve as the primary point of contact at the jobsite.
  • Attend jobsite meetings and communicate with project managers, contractors, and installation personnel.
  • Maintain logs of project delays and changes.
  • Complete required safety, JSA, and daily reports.
  • Conduct safety toolbox talks with installers.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and responsibilities for installers under your supervision.
  • Generate material lists required for project installation.
  • Assist with training new installers.
  • Manage manpower on assigned projects while maintaining installation time and cost budgets.


Qualifications:

  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Basic Plus certification required.
  • TWIC Card required.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with construction software.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to understand and enforce safety requirements.
  • Must be willing and able to travel.


LEADMAN – LEVEL 1

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Foreman with daily project operations.
  • Manage projects when the Foreman is not present.
  • Assign daily tasks to installers under your supervision.
  • Attend jobsite meetings as required.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Maintain and verify the quality of installations.
  • Complete required safety, JHA, and daily reports.
  • Conduct safety toolbox talks.
  • Enforce company work and safety rules.


Qualifications:

  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Basic Plus certification required.
  • TWIC Card required.
  • Ability to understand architectural drawings.
  • Experience with construction software.
  • Approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be willing and able to travel.


LEADMAN – LEVEL 2

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects when the Leadman Level 1 is not present.
  • Assist with quality control and ensure installation standards are met.
  • Assist with training installers under your supervision.
  • Maintain and verify the quality of completed installations.
  • Ensure work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete required safety, JHA, and daily reports.


Qualifications:

  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Basic Plus certification preferred.
  • Understanding of architectural drawings and construction software.
  • Approximately 4–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be willing and able to travel.


INSTALLER – LEVEL 1

Responsibilities:

  • Work independently while assisting the Leadman with all aspects of the project.
  • Assist with training less experienced installers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and help direct the installation process.
  • Perform quality millwork, casework, and laboratory casework installations.


Qualifications:

  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Basic Plus certification preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
  • Approximately 2–4 years of relevant installation experience.
  • Must be willing and able to travel.


INSTALLER – LEVEL 2

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation and management of project work.
  • Assist with training helpers and less experienced team members.
  • Perform quality installation work while following project specifications and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

  • OSHA 10 certification required.
  • Basic understanding of architectural drawings.
  • Approximately 2–4 years of installation experience.
  • Must be willing and able to travel.


APPRENTICE / HELPER

Responsibilities:

  • Assist installers and lead personnel with daily project tasks.
  • Follow directions and learn proper installation techniques.
  • Follow all company work and safety rules.
  • Maintain a dependable and punctual attendance record.
  • Travel to various job sites as required.


Qualifications:

  • OSHA 10 certification required.
  • Approximately 1–2 years of experience as a helper preferred.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Must have dependable transportation.
  • Must be willing and able to travel.
