Located just North of Austin, TX. Georgetown Woodworks is a full-service Commercial Cabinet, Casework and Millwork company that has been proudly serving the Central Texas market for over 20 years! Our facility is located on the banks of the San Gabriel River near downtown Georgetown, voted many times as one of the top 50 places to live in the United States!

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of various millwork projects.

Responsibilities:

- Liaison with architects, general contractors, sub-contractors and company personnel

- Develops critical path schedules for submittals, finish approvals, materials purchasing, production, and installation.

- Field measuring and coordination

- Coordinates change orders, plan changes, drawing reviews/approvals, finish materials approvals and lead times, installation, sub-contractors, manufacturing schedule

- Provide accounting with billing information monthly and communicate with customers regarding payments.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrates a technical and working knowledge of millwork/casework construction

- Efficient, motivated to satisfy customers, dependable, honest and ethical (Read "Message to Garcia" for insight)

- Excellent communication and follow through skills

- Ability to give and take direction, collaborate with others toward a common goal

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment both on jobsites and in a manufacturing plant. Position will require standing, kneeling, bending, lifting (< 50 lbs),

- Ability to pass any site required drug testing and criminal background checks

- Reliable transportation and valid US driver's license

- Legally allowed to work in the United States.

- Ability to work after hours if required (including nights/weekends if required by project)

- Other duties and activities as required by management

Compensation:

- We offer competitive wages (this is a salaried position) commensurate with experience/skills.

- Paid weekly (including mileage and expenses)

- Travel: We primarily service the central Texas market. Occasionally we will take on a project outside of this area for select customers. On the rare occasion overnight travel is required, we will provide per diem pay.
