What does a millwork project manager do?

A Millwork Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of custom millwork projects, such as cabinetry, moldings, and wood fixtures for buildings. They work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure that project specifications are met, budgets are maintained, and deadlines are achieved. Their responsibilities include managing schedules, sourcing materials, supervising installation teams, and ensuring quality standards.
