Millwork Craftsman

Pay Range: $18–$26 per hour

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Millwork Craftsman with a strong knowledge of woodworking and millwork production.

The ideal candidate is dependable, has a strong work ethic, maintains a positive attitude, and is willing to work with the team to solve problems and complete highly customized millwork projects.

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Complete milling lists, parts assembly, and hardware installation

  • Set up and operate general woodworking machinery

  • Organize finished wood products and rough lumber

  • Work with team members to solve production and assembly challenges

  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving finished millwork products

Requirements

  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure

  • Proven woodworking or millwork experience

  • Experience operating woodworking machinery and hand tools

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

  • Ability to help carry, load, push, and pull moderately heavy millwork products weighing approximately 100 pounds
