Millwork Craftsman
Pay Range: $18–$26 per hour
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Millwork Craftsman with a strong knowledge of woodworking and millwork production.
The ideal candidate is dependable, has a strong work ethic, maintains a positive attitude, and is willing to work with the team to solve problems and complete highly customized millwork projects.
Responsibilities
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Complete milling lists, parts assembly, and hardware installation
Set up and operate general woodworking machinery
Organize finished wood products and rough lumber
Work with team members to solve production and assembly challenges
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving finished millwork products
Requirements
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Proven woodworking or millwork experience
Experience operating woodworking machinery and hand tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Strong problem-solving abilities
Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to help carry, load, push, and pull moderately heavy millwork products weighing approximately 100 pounds
