The National Accounts Manager –  is responsible for driving growth and managing the day-to-day business for Woodgrain’s largest customer within the Exterior Door category. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong relationship management to support existing programs and execute new product launches. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams—including Product Marketing, Sales Support, and SIOP—as well as key  stakeholders to ensure alignment on demand planning, promotions, merchandising, and marketing initiatives. By identifying growth opportunities, executing promotional strategies, and analyzing market trends, the National Accounts Manager will play a critical role in achieving sales and profit targets, enhancing customer relationships, and strengthening Woodgrain’s position within .

Responsibilities of the National Accounts Manager of  will include the following. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

  • Manage and grow the Exterior Door Business with .
  • Work internally with Product Marketing team to support current programs and launch new products with an emphasis on staying on trend with new designs.
  • Work with Marketing team to ensure alignment on POP and other marketing tools are being produced.
  • Work with internal and  teams to develop accurate demand forecasts in order to support strong stocking positions and fill rates
  • Develop & execute promotional activities to stimulate sales.
  • Monitor and review all sales reports on a regular basis to meet and exceed all sales and profit budgets.
  • Partner with  Teams and coordinate project execution.
  • Ensure Merchandising Team understands promotional activities, POG updates and set integrity.
  • Prepare rebate agreements, quotes price, solicits and processes sales orders from customers.
  • Establish new and maintain existing working relationships with Merchants, Pro Sales Leaders, E-comm Merchants, IPR Team, Brand Advocacy and other key decision makers.
  • Communicates with DC Management and sales personnel and provides analysis of current market conditions for their market.
  • Spend time in relevant markets to understand local needs, mixes and opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years Exterior door product knowledge and experience is required
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing software.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience calling on centers is a bonus.
