Job description

WANTED: Millionaire Wrangler (Legal Assistant) for a High-Standards Boutique Estate Planning Firm Serving Driven, Self-Made High-Net-Worth Clients
If you’re looking for a relaxed, low-pressure, “everyone gets a trophy” office job where mediocrity is tolerated...stop reading now. This role demands excellence, and it will quickly reveal whether you have what it takes.
Posterity Legal Services, LLC is a boutique estate planning and estate settlement firm headquartered in Clayton, Missouri, serving successful clients nationwide. Our clients are accomplished, self-made individuals who built real wealth through hard work, smart risks, and personal responsibility. They expect precision, efficiency, discretion, and white-glove service, especially when protecting their legacies and guiding their families through difficult transitions. We need a true Millionaire Wrangler. A calm, ultra-reliable right-hand professional who thrives on keeping complex operations running flawlessly while supporting high-achieving clients and our leadership team.
This is not a role for chaos-seekers or spotlight-lovers. It’s built for the steady, conscientious professionals who excel at creating order, paying attention to every detail, following through with consistency, and delivering calm support under pressure. If you’re the type who finds deep satisfaction in anticipating needs, maintaining systems, protecting confidentiality, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this could be an outstanding fit.
Position Details:

  • Full-time, one-year contract-to-hire position
  • Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm CDT
  • In-office in Clayton, Missouri (parking provided)
  • Business casual daily; professional business attire for in-person client meetings
  • 90-day probationary period
  • Paid federal holidays

What the role demands (and what you’ll love if you’re wired for it):

  • Masterfully manage calendars, correspondence, and client communications with poise and professionalism
  • Interact directly with clients (in-person, phone, email), handling everything from basic inquiries to preparing them for important meetings
  • Proofread complex legal documents for accuracy, grammar, and precision (including dense legalese)
  • Ensure every client meeting is flawlessly prepared and the office environment is always immaculate and professional
  • Direct calls and requests efficiently to the right team members
  • Handle general administrative excellence: filing, data entry, inventory, organizing, and supporting marketing/speaking events (including travel arrangements)
  • Maintain the highest levels of organization and follow-through in a fast-moving environment

The codeword is avoid probate. Anyone serious about this opportunity must begin their reply with the word “avoid probate” as the very first words. Replies that do not start with it will not be considered.
Non-Negotiable Qualities We Seek:

  • Rock-solid integrity and absolute respect for confidentiality (NDA required, this is a high-trust role involving sensitive financial and personal information)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, especially the capacity to multitask calmly under pressure
  • Genuine desire to support others combined with strong emotional intelligence
  • High proficiency in Google Suite and the motivation to quickly master our proprietary tools
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset, you see what needs to be done and handle it without being asked

This environment rewards dependability, precision, discretion, and a steady, professional demeanor. You’ll be supporting demanding but rewarding work with clients who value results and excellence.
Who We Are Excited to Hear From:

  • You’re the one reading this and thinking, “Finally, someone who actually wants precision”
  • You get a rush from flawless execution and hate loose ends
  • You take pride in spotting details others miss and making systems run perfectly
  • High standards don’t stress you, they energize you
  • You’re a serious, steady, detail-obsessed professional

If that’s you, we want your application. We’ll schedule an in-person interview over the next two weeks.
