Paving or Milling Foreman – Lead Civil Field Operations for Adcamp Inc.


Job Overview:

  • Company: Adcamp Inc.
  • Location: Flowood, MS
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays required).
  • Project Scope: Commercial, Industrial, Government, and Federal.
  • Mandatory Licences & Certifications: None Required.


The Opportunity:

You will serve as a critical field leader, directing all field activities of the paving or milling crew out on the job. This working leadership role grants you the autonomy to drive production targets and quality standards while receiving the full backing of an organization that knows you by name. You will directly impact project success by serving as the primary point of contact between your crew and management.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Plan and supervise daily paving or milling operations, including layout, material delivery, and crew assignments.
  • Direct field activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and project schedules are consistently met.
  • Enforce all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and jobsite PPE requirements strictly.
  • Communicate material needs and production schedules with plant dispatch and project management.
  • Complete daily production reports, timesheets, and equipment inspection logs accurately and on time.
  • Mentor and develop crew members while providing real-time feedback to support long-term career growth.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in asphalt paving or milling operations.
  • At least 2 years of proven leadership experience in a supervisory or crew lead role.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate asphalt paving and milling equipment when necessary to support the team.
  • Strong proficiency in interpreting project plans, specifications, and grade stakes for strict accuracy.
  • Solid communication and organizational skills required to coordinate with contractors and inspectors.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of density testing, nuclear gauge operations, and asphalt quality control procedures.
  • Proven track record of managing variable-width paving or complex milling depths on large-scale jobs.
  • Demonstrated experience developing entry-level workers into skilled equipment operators.
