Position Overview
We are hiring Mill Operators to join our Manufacturing team at our Euclid, Ohio facility.
The Mill Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring milling equipment to manufacture precision components in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and customer specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality work while maintaining safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor milling equipment to produce components according to work orders, drawings, and specifications
  • Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as necessary to maintain product quality and efficient production
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing specifications
  • Inspect finished and in-process parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment
  • Monitor machine performance, identify basic equipment or quality issues, and communicate concerns to leadership
  • Complete required production, quality, and material documentation accurately
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and organized condition while supporting 5S and continuous improvement efforts
