Job description

Perform all duties related to the pumping of incoming raw milk or cream from the tanker trucks into the proper storage tanks. Document and record volume into inventory with a heavy emphasis on quality of product being received.

Job Duties

*Perform CIP on each tanker and silo while maintaining proper documentation of each process

*Gather samples of raw milk from tanker for testing of product

* Weigh tanker on scales, check proper temp, record weight and temp reading

*Report any food safety and food quality related issues to mgmt. immediately

*Other duties may be assigned as required

*Follow DFA GMP and work in a manner consistent with corporate regulatory, safety, quality, sanitation
