Job description

Milkco is looking to hire a 2nd Shift Caser/Sealer in our Production department. The position is full-time & requires working alternate weekends (no more than 5 work days total each week). The hours are 1:30 pm until finished Monday through Friday and Saturday 8:00am until finished.

Compensation Information:
  • Automatic 60-Day Pay Review
  • Automatic Annual Pay Review
  • Shift Differentials

Employment Requirements:
  • Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco).
  • Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
  • Must pass an E-Verify Screening.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.

Experience:
  • Will train the right person.
  • Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
  • Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
