Role Summary: The Driver role staff will play a crucial role in delivering and picking up parts in the Spirit shop and Spirit Distribution Center (SDC). Responsibilities include delivering standard and emergent parts, scanning to locations managing consignee keys, handling and delivering product, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.

Principal Responsibilities:

(The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.  It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):

  • Deliver standard and emergent orders to designated locations and Shipping
  • Pick up production parts for receiving (Milk Run)
  • Properly securing load and protecting parts
  • Pick up empty kit boxes
  • Load trailers for next day deliveries
  • 5S staging areas
  • Maintain valid Driver's License
  • Interface with Customer PCAs and mechanics, Warehouse personnel, and X-dock employees
  • Transport employees between warehouse and shops
  • Operate appropriate equipment to perform loading and delivery process
  • Notify Lead or Supervisor of any problems encountered during operations
  • Use electronic equipment to provide proof of delivery and/or order replenishment stock

For this position, the expected base pay range is $23.86 - $23.86 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
