Summary
  • The PCS Pro Team is growing our presence around Fort Benning and Columbus, GA, and we are looking for someone who already understands military life, not just someone who is interested in real estate. This role is built for a veteran, a military spouse, or someone who has spent real time working alongside the military community and understands the urgency, logistics, and emotional weight of a PCS move. You will be trained from the ground up through PLACE Launch and hands-on coaching from our team, learning to guide soldiers and their families through one of the biggest transitions of their lives. If you are new to real estate but have lived the PCS experience, we will help you get licensed and launch your career. If you are already in the business but tired of transactional relationships, this is a chance to do work that genuinely matters to people you understand.
Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch and complete The PCS Pro Team onboarding
  • Guide incoming and outgoing Fort Benning families through buying and selling with a real understanding of PCS timelines and military housing allowances
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly, focused on the Fort Benning military community
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes that fit PCS timelines and budgets
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers with the urgency a military move demands
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and 1:1 coaching per team standards
  • Consult with sellers relocating under PCS orders, convert to listings, and market homes to the right buyers quickly
Qualifications
This opportunity is intentionally built for someone who already speaks military, not just anyone with a real estate license or a general interest in the industry. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to others, and identifying solutions, and you already understand what a PCS move really involves for the families going through it.
  • Veteran, active-duty service member, military spouse, or someone with substantial firsthand experience supporting military families through PCS moves - required
  • A genuine understanding of the urgency, logistics, and emotional stakes of a military relocation
  • Team-first mindset with a strong work ethic and a service-driven attitude
  • A current real estate license is not required; we will help you get enrolled in school if you are the right fit otherwise
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Coachable, organized, and committed to following our proven systems and scripts
  • Comfortable with prospecting and lead generation, or eager to learn
