While both roles focus on enhancing military personnel's capabilities, Military Human Performance emphasizes improving physical and cognitive skills through training and research, whereas Military Human Factors Specialists concentrate on designing systems and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. Both roles are vital in military settings but serve different aspects of human-centered performance and system design.
We are seeking an adaptable, analytical HR Generalist to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This position will touch all phases of the employee lifecycle—including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee relations.
While this role offers a remote work arrangement, it requires deep familiarity with regional practices, cross-border compliance, and occasional local alignment. Therefore, residency within the DMV area is a strict mandatory requirement.
