Job description
Responsible for maintaining student files. Prepares and sends correspondence to school districts for migrant students. Assists in organizing parent meetings. Assist with preparations for summer school programs. Assists administrators with oversight at summer school program. Other duties as assigned by the Director.
Reports To: Janette Perez Director of Special Projects
Hours: Part-time position, 25 hours per week, some evenings
Location: GCSSSD - Administration Annex 1340 Tanyard Road Sewell, NJ 08080 Some travel involved, Parent Meetings and Summer School Program
Salary: $20/hr. Benefits: No - Medical/Rx/Dental Yes- Earned Sick Leave
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, associate's degree preferred. Bi-lingual-Spanish Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including ACCESS, spreadsheets, and databases. Ability to work, plan and organize with a minimum amount of direction.
