Job description

Job Title: MIG Welder

Do you have welding experience? Are you looking for competitive pay and a great schedule?

Join our team in an established metal fabrication shop to weld mild-steel frameworks for industrial production machinery, off-road material handling equipment, conveyor structures, and occasional products for the military defense industry. The majority of work is mild-steel, but occasionally projects may include aluminum and stainless steel materials, but no previous experience is needed. Job duties include the following:

  • Work from blueprints and weld symbols to complete weldments accurately.
  • MIG weld mild steel frameworks for various projects
  • Use forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials
  • Grind and inspect finished welds

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift (4X10's)

Essential Skills:

  • 1-2+ years of MIG welding experience preferred
  • Experience working from blueprints and weld symbols
