We operate well over a million square feet of ultra-modern warehousing and distribution facilities in multiple states throughout the Midwest. We offer temperature controlled storage, sanitary and food grade environments, secure outdoor storage, and an experienced team of contract packaging professionals to help you fill customer orders or complete packaging projects. 

Job Description

We have a Warehouse Operator opening for the kind of person who can solve complex problems. If you have a real 'can do' attitude, and you're the kind of self-starter that understands what's required and goes and makes it happen, then this is the job for you!

The ideal candidate has the following attributes: 

You are a Thinker - You are a fast and conceptual thinker and you can quickly and accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide in your head.

You are Punctual like a Swiss clock. You are a person who is capable of meeting deadlines and showing up to work on time. 

You're Flexible - You do well with changing demands; this is a job where a quick response and flexibility are important. You gotta be able to roll with the punches and change on the fly.

You are an Achiever - You get things done, especially when others say you can't!

You are Observant - You will need to be constantly observant and aware of your surroundings to keep yourself and your co-workers safe.


Qualifications

This individual will have experience operating counter-balance and stand-up high reach forklifts to move product/pallets throughout the warehouse and to load/unload trucks. They will be using RF scan guns to for all inventory transactions. All individuals are responsible for keeping a clean and safe work environment. 

How much will you make?

We start our Warehouse Operators out around $14 per hour, but starting pay will vary by experience and your skill level is the biggest differentiator in pay. This is a second shift position working 5pm - 1:30 am. At times, overtime is mandatory and occasional weekend work is required.
