Medical Assistant – Dyer

The Role 
The Medical Assistant is a key part of the patient experience and clinic flow. This role is ideal for someone who brings energy, loves helping people, and understands the importance of showing up ready to win the day. 

What You’ll Own 
Patient Care & Service 

  • Welcome patients warmly and create a great first impression
  • Room patients, obtain vitals and medical history, document accurately within the EMR, and support providers during visits
  • Perform blood draws, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as permitted 

Clinic Operations 

  • Register patients, support insurance verification, answer phones, schedule visits, and collect payments
  • Keep documentation accurate and organized within the EMR 

Team Standards 

  • Show up on time and ready to contribute
  • Support teammates during busy shifts 
  • Help keep the clinic clean, smooth, and efficient  

What We’re Looking For 

  • Prior clinical experience with 1-2+ years in an outpatient setting required 
  • Friendly, polished, professional presence
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Flexibility to support varying clinic schedules and nearby locations based on business needs  
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment 
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic 
  • Coachable and eager to grow

Compensation 
The expected hourly range for this position is $20.
